A deposit of $500 per person is required to secure your booking.
Final payment is due no later than 60 days before departure.
Bookings made less than 60 days before departure must be paid in full at the time of reservation.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations received 60+ days before departure: full refund including deposit.
Cancellations received 30–59 days before departure: deposit non-refundable, 50% of remaining trip cost refunded.
Cancellations received less than 30 days before departure: 100% of total trip cost forfeited.
No refunds will be made for unused services once the trip has begun.

3. Changes to Itinerary

Ameropass Travel reserves the right to make adjustments to the itinerary due to weather, transportation issues, safety concerns, or other circumstances beyond our control. Substitutions of similar quality accommodations, transport, or activities may be made without prior notice.

Travelers are responsible for securing any required visas.
Travelers are expected to arrive on time for scheduled activities; missed services are non-refundable.
