Day 1: Arrival in Ponta Delgada
- Welcome to the Azores! Arrive at João Paulo II Airport and transfer to your centrally located hotel in Ponta Delgada.
- Evening: Stroll along the marina and historic streets (Portas da Cidade, Church of São Sebastião), then savor a welcome dinner of Azorean specialties.
- Overnight: Ponta Delgada

Day 2: Furnas & East São Miguel
- Morning: Climb to the Santuário de Nossa Senhora da Paz for sweeping ocean and islet views. Explore Lagoa das Furnas, bubbling fumaroles, and Terra Nostra Park’s botanical gardens and hot springs.
- Afternoon: Panoramic views from Miradouro do Pico do Ferro, lush waterfalls at Parque Natural da Ribeira dos Caldeirões, and relax on Praia do Areal de Santa Bárbara.
- Evening: Return to Ponta Delgada for dinner.

Day 3: Sete Cidades & West Coast

1. Reservations & Payments
- A deposit of $500 per person is required to secure your booking.
- Final payment is due no later than 60 days before departure.
- Bookings made less than 60 days before departure must be paid in full at the time of reservation.
2. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations received 60+ days before departure: full refund including deposit.
- Cancellations received 30–59 days before departure: deposit non-refundable, 50% of remaining trip cost refunded.
- Cancellations received less than 30 days before departure: 100% of total trip cost forfeited.
- No refunds will be made for unused services once the trip has begun.
3. Changes to Itinerary
Ameropass Travel reserves the right to make adjustments to the itinerary due to weather, transportation issues, safety concerns, or other circumstances beyond our control. Substitutions of similar quality accommodations, transport, or activities may be made without prior notice.
4. Traveler Responsibilities
- Travelers must have a valid passport (valid at least 6 months beyond return date).
- Travelers are responsible for securing any required visas.
- Travelers are expected to arrive on time for scheduled activities; missed services are non-refundable.
- Travelers must conduct themselves respectfully and follow the guidance of tour leaders.
5. Insurance & Liability
- We recommend that all travelers have comprehensive travel insurance for peace of mind. While Ameropass Travel takes every precaution, we cannot be responsible for unforeseen events such as delays, minor accidents, or lost belongings.
